Nursery Overview
Crescent Corner Day Nursery is located on Halifax Road, S6 easily accessible by public transport from surrounding areas such as Hillborough, Fox Hill, Wadsley Bridge & Grenoside. Car Parking is available on site.
We have designed and built Crescent Corner with a vision to provide every detail to create the perfect setting for your children to discover, learn and play along side our highly qualified team who will guide them along the way. We have three large rooms which provide a stimulating and challenging environment so the children who attend Crescent Corner are engaged through play. Crescent Corner Day Nursery boasts a spacious outdoor provision which consists of two areas for different age ranges, both include a curiosity area, cycling and balancing experiences and climbing equipment. The soft floor area outside is available for babies to explore and discover their abilities for movement and encourage their physical development.

Our Meals
At Cornerstone Nurseries we truly believe that a good nutritional diet is essential to support children’s growth in all areas, including; brain development, strong bones and muscle.
This provides them with the energy that they need to thoroughly explore the world around them.
That is why our menus contain high volumes of vegetables, pulses, fish and plant-based foods. We provide a world menu, encouraging and developing children’s tastes to the all-encompassing environment in which we now live.
We always have fresh fruit available for the children alongside our world menus.

Opening Times
We are open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm throughout the year, closed Bank Holidays.
Fees
Our current hourly rate is £10.00 per hour
Extra hours will be charged at £10.00.
Baby consumables can be provided i.e. nappies, wipes, creams by Nursery for a £30.00 charge per month. However, an option to provide your own is acceptable.
A £100.00 non refundable admission fee is required to secure your nursery place.
We will try our utmost to accommodate any unusual hours or sessions required, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Government Funding
All Cornerstone Nurseries settings accept Government funded places.
We accept all Childcare Vouchers alongside the Government Tax Free Childcare.
